Lipper is a product for your lips that simultaneously nourishes, moisturizes, heals and protects the delicate skin of the lips from UV rays.
The lipper contains a complex with a mimetic peptide that helps to increase the volume of the lips, making them plumper and fuller on a permanent basis, as well as antioxidant vitamin E and purslane extract. Lipper gives lips a sexy, moist glow without leaving them feeling sticky.
